lending customers a Residential Mortgage Credit Report when numerous
trade line verifications and updates are necessary.
When bundling our on-line credit reporting system with hands-on
research we are able to develop the most complete and comprehensive
credit reports for the mortgage banking industry.
Report features include:
- All trade line information is updated
within 60 days of repository access.
- Employment verification for past two years
(VOE).
- Residency verification for past two years
(VOR).
- Verification of liabilities disclosed
on loan application.
- Verification and Update of collection
accounts.
- Credit scores may be removed at lender
discretion.
- Disputed information re-verified.
